As part of the engagement what if: projects ran a garden project which has facilitated the continuous and less formal dialogue with residents throughout the project development. A central ambition of the project was to open up the entrances and shared internal spaces to the garden while improving security of the sheltered housing scheme overall. New structures and finishes complement the existing building and seek to create an overall calm yet distinctive enviornment that residents can proudly call home. The project is currently on site and scheduled for completion in May 2019. Works include:
